Day #297 The Impact of Little Things

It’s amazing what a quart of paint and a bit of elbow grease can do.

Ever since I bought this house (remember – I bought it “as is” seven years ago), my dining and living rooms have sported relatively boring beige paint. The other day I was looking for something in my garage and came across a quart of red paint.

Hmmm…

So, I painted the wall where the bay window is, just that little alcove. Now, when I look out at my bees, I'm surrounded by a warm glow.

Walls to the right and left of it are still boring beige, but look what has brightened up my view! And, of course, Daisy had to get in the picture, too...

BEEattitude for Day # 297:
Blessed are those who dare to follow an impulse, for they shall (sometimes) be highly gratified.

NOTE FROM FRAN: and if it doesn't work, I can always repaint!

What a great color !! When the weather turns cooler here (if ever again!), that's what we want to do - repaint at least one wall maybe a dark blue or dark green. And Daisy is lookin' good !!!
