Day #453 Butter, Butter, Butter

I bought a gallon of fresh cow’s milk recently--milk that hadn’t been homogenized, so by the time I woke up the next morning, there was a thick layer of cream on the top. I poured it off into a canning jar, screwed on the lid, and started shaking. Ten or fifteen minutes later, I drained off the leftover (now creamless) milk, and had myself a good-sized yellow lump of sheer heaven.
There’s just nothing in the world like truly fresh butter. The author of Eat Right for Your Type says that my O-positive blood type is not supposed to eat dairy products, with the one exception of Mozzarella Cheese. Butter is considered neutral for O+, so I figure I can continue to eat it without guilt.
Especially if I mix it with honey.
I’ve decided to ignore that book.
Just like a lot of people where religion is concerned, I’m going to pay attention to the strictures I agree with and let the others slide. I love Mozzarella, so the author must know what’s right for me. Yogurt is a special favorite of mine, though, so that author really doesn't know anything, right?
BEEattitude for Day #453:
Blessed are those who enjoy every bite they eat (especially the honey!), for their food shall nourish them well.

That sounds too divine! And I am in total agreement with you when it comes to others telling you how to live ... I've learned that with the help of Bill & Billy - with my daily supplements and watching my diet (beginning over the week-end), I feel so much better and my oncologist friend says "if you feel good, don't change a thing!".
I also loved the bee sanctuary story and will likewise donate to their happiness as well.

I like your oncologist's attitude, Petie!
